A visceral journey into a mind where words won’t sit still.

The Words Will Come is a movement-driven theatrical experience exploring dyslexia, belonging, and the search for one’s voice. Following Sheila, a young Iranian-American girl navigating a school system that misunderstands how she thinks and learns, the piece transforms the stage into an interior landscape of language, where letters scatter, sounds fracture, and imagination reshapes the rules. Blending movement, sound, projection, and storytelling, the work invites audiences to experience learning from the inside.
